Abstract Submission for Poster Presenters

We’re excited to have you present your poster! To make the abstract submission process easy, follow the steps below:

1. Prepare Your Abstract:
   • Include the title, authors, and affiliations.
   • Ensure that your abstract contains the research question, methods, results, and conclusion.
2. Formatting Guidelines:
   • Use a standard font (e.g., Arial, Times New Roman) and a font size of 12pt.
   • Abstracts should be in a Word document.
   • Avoid including images, tables, or references in the abstract.
   • Name your file LastName_FirstName_RID24.
3. Submission Portal:
   • Submit your abstract via our submission portal link.
   • If you are a group, only one individual needs to submit the form on behalf of your group. 
4. Submission Deadline:
   • All abstracts must be submitted by October 18th, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
   • Late submissions will not be accepted, so please ensure you submit early!
5. Mentor Consent Form:
   • After submitting your abstract, ensure that your faculty mentor fills out the mentor consent form signifying that they consent to you presenting at RID.

6. Review Process:
   • All abstracts will be reviewed by the committee, and you will be notified of your acceptance status and presenter instructions.
